1. For new orders:All new orders are covered by a 5 day money back guarantee for whatever reasoning. We highly advise customers who are having technical difficulties to email support (tips@solidworkstips.com) before claiming a refund as our we will be happy to solve any problem(s).
2. For automatic renewals:If you are on an automatic recurring contract and have had a recurring charge come through which you would like to be refunded, a refund will only be given if you submit a refund request within 3 days of the renewal order date.
Claiming a refund:To claim a refund you must send an email to refunds@solidworkstips.com with your username any any associated transaction numbers which will help us locate your order. This email must be sent within 3 days of your original order date to qualify for a FULL refund. Refunds will be dealt with within 72 hours.
Cancellation policyBilling cancellation:If you are on a non-recurring membership you will not be billed for future service usage UNLESS you manually submit an order to extend your account. Therefore there is nothing to cancel with regards to billing.
