All of us at one time or another need to make a drawing. Since SolidWorks 2010, we have the use of rapid dimensions. Other than just placing dimensions to the top, bottom, left, or right it also spaces them for us. The default offset spacing in SolidWorks may not be exactly what you're looking for.
