Custom SolidWorks Drawing Templates

A good reliable drawing template for most designers is a real important part of the job. Let SolidWorks Tips create your companies Drawing Template(s) for you. With your template(s) you will recieve a Part and Assembly template that works with complete intelligence with your drawing template. We will use the best practices available to your current version os SolidWorks. your template will update wether you change the properties, use a Property Page, PDM System, File Properties, or make changes to the Bil of Material. Everything will be in sync and consistant. All in all making Engineering Standards. We prefer working from an existing template (SolidWorks, DXF, or DWG), but if you do not have any at this time we will get you one that works for YOUR company.

Custom Property Page

The Property Tab is a stand-alone utility you use to create a customized interface for entering properties into SolidWorks files. The tabs that are created with Property Tab Builder appear in the SolidWorks interface on the Custom Properties tab in the Task Pane. There can be different/multiple tab templates for parts, assemblies, and drawings. Generally though only one Custom Property Page is needed for a company.
